We met through a dating app (yes, sometimes they are successful haha) in May 2022 when Paula was an au pair, working as a nanny, in San Antonio, Texas. Our first date was in Tiny Cantina in La Cantera having some margaritas and we instantly felt a connection. Our relationship kept growing and growing but in February 2023, Paula had to go back to Argentina and we did two years of long distance, visiting each other every four months and FaceTiming a lot.

In our last reunion, in January 2025, Paula's parents went to Puerto Rico to meet Michael's family and that was the perfect time for the most amazing proposal at the beach in Aguadilla, on January 8th, 2025.
