At the time I wasn’t really looking for a relationship; Jacob and I had a mutual friend that introduced us to each other. After a couple weeks of knowing each other we started texting and eventually got to hang out. He took me to the beach as a first date (which no one has ever done so I was already head over heels) and eventually he asked me out, which I’ll always remember because it was with a ring pop💜 The rest is history and we’ve been together for 8 years.
