The Lublin Village Open Air Museum located in the valley of Czechówka river, is one of the largest open-air museums in Poland. It presents the cultural diversity of Lublin region combining a rich collection of architecture and objects with care for the intangible heritage of the region. The museum's exhibition is divided into sectors reflecting the diversity of landscape and ethnography of the Lublin region: Lublin Upland, Roztocze, Powiśle, Podlasie, Nadbuże and the town’s and manor’s sectors. A visit to the museum is an opportunity to see memorabilia related to the old life of villages, manors and towns, but it also gives the opportunity to become familiar with the daily work, customs and traditions of people of the past era.
