"On the vast plain where acceptance meets surrender... God makes wonders."

Dear Wedding Guests,

Gather 'round for the story of how I, your dashing groom, met the radiant Paulina Alvarez Mones—yes, with an S—and went from Good Samaritan to smitten, altar-bound romantic in record time.

It all started in South Tampa, where I was roped into helping a friend of a friend through a small group at Grace Family Church. I had zero ties to the church and zero plans to stick around. I was just there to do a good deed, like a superhero without a cape (or tights, thankfully). Enter Paulina. I show up to this small group session, and boom—there she is, gliding by like a vision. My brain short-circuited: "Who is this? Is this church hiding a secret supermodel convention?" WE were hooked. Me.. . I was done for. Acabado. She would agree it was love at first sight today, not then. We Zinged!

I stayed for the session, trying to focus on the discussion, but honestly, I was captivated by Paulina's beauty and already hoping for another chance to see her. Lucky for me, Paulina invited me to Sunday service. Jackpot! I showed up, suited up, ready to impress… and she was nowhere to be found. Rumor has it she saw me, panicked, and bolted. (She would never admit to it. We'll let you decide.) Disappointed but undeterred, I walked through the sanctuary doors, and there she was—again—like fate was yelling, "Pay attention, genius!"

For the next few months, I became a master strategist, plotting ways to win her over without looking like a lovesick fool. Coffee chats? Check. Witty banter? Nailed it. Showing up to church like I was auditioning for sainthood? You bet. And it worked. Paulina, with her charm, laugh, and that je ne sais quoi, fell for my persistence (and maybe my dazzling smile).

Fast forward, and here we are—wildly, ridiculously, over-the-moon happy. From a chance encounter to this moment at the altar, we're proof that God's timing and plans for our lives are far better than anything we could have imagined. Thanks for celebrating with us as we start this next chapter!

With love,

Paulina & Taylor
