We have secured a group rate with Finest Punta Cana for our guests. Please be advised that you must use the promo-code and book directly though the resorts website(https://www.finestresorts.com/punta-cana/finest-punta-cana/) or toll free number. The group rates are Refundable and include a private transfer from the airport to the hotel per room.

HOW TO BOOK:

1. On the website select your destination (Punta Cana), select your check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and put in the promo code ( Promo Code can be found on your RSVP card).

2. Click 'Check Availability'

3. Make sure you get the message: 'Promo Code Applied'

4. In the comment box please add the promo code.

5. Complete your booking and let us know so we can get excited together!

With a Promo code you are not restricted to any room type, meaning you can choose any room that you prefer. Therefore, there is no Room Block that we will all be in. We recommend that you book as soon as possible as the travel dates are highly demanded and rooms are subject to the website availability at the moment of making the reservation. DO NOT wait to book your room as this resort is new and popular and could sell out.

To make reservation you do not need to pay at the time of booking, you will see a hold for USD $1 placed on your credit card by the property name and make changes (based on availability) up to 24 hours prior to check in.

IMPORTANT things to note:

-When you book through the website, you cannot book a flight and room package (the promo code will not work), you just have to book your room.

-The available travel dates are July 31st to August 10th, 2024. The rates provided below are available within this group for these dates.

-Our wedding is on August 4, 2024 at 5pm.

-Promo code expires on May 1st, 2024

-The Promo code rates are based on the country the guests comes from; therefore, it is required that information such as ID and credit card match the guest's country of origin and its corresponding applicable rate. You cannot combine the promo code with other offers found online.

-All the reservations will be charged in full 30 days prior to our arrival day to the credit card provided during the booking process.

-You can cancel for any reason up to 24 hours (we hope this isn't the case!) prior to check in. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of no show or early departure. Free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates.

-Make sure your passport is valid for 6 months from your return date.

-Please give yourself at least 24-48 hours before the wedding day to arrive in case of flight delays/ cancellations.

-Rates are per person, per night in USD, based on All Inclusive Plan. These rates include all applicable taxes and gratuities.

-Misuse of the promo code can result in the cancellation of our special day.. please do not share the promo code with anyone.

FLIGHTS

The airport we're flying into is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Because you are booking for your room and flight separately let us know when you have booked your flight, and we can see if anyone else will be on your flight!

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Airport transfer is included in our group rate, this included 1 private round trip transportation per room reservation; vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service is to and from Punta Cana International Airport to the Finest Punta Cana. Guests must stay a minimum of three nights, made directly through the Finest official website or its toll free number.

TIPS AND TRICKS

If you arrive at the resort before check in time, you can still utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurant, activities, ect...) We recommend you pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to use and explore the resort while you wait for your room to be ready!

The suites are divided into three sections:
