Colin and Payton met at The Golden Eagle soccer camp in 2006. Colin was 16 and Payton was 10. Now we all know what you’re thinking, but No, Colin did not pursue anything at this time.

In December of 2020, Colin slid into Payton’s DMs giving her a hard time about being an Alabama fan. That conversation sparked their first date at Fire Bar and by March the two made it official. It’s been romance and competitiveness ever since.

The two purchased their first house in March of 2022 in Crystal Lake, IL and in May of 2023 Colin and Payton took the next life step and became engaged. Colin popped the question at Bruner Family Farm with a surprise photo shoot. Afterwards, they celebrated with their family and friends.

Colin and Payton will be wed on Sunday September 1st of 2024 at Boulder Ridge Country Club.
