Our ceremony will be held at Trinity Baptist Church with the reception to follow at Philadelphia Country Club.

We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before the official ceremony start time to allow yourself time to find parking/seating.

For the ceremony, There is parking surrounding the church as well as a lot directly in front of the church. We will update information on additional parking at a later date. For the reception, there is only limited parking available in front of the club house. We request you leave spaces directly in front of the clubhouse available for vendors. Once the parking lot is full, you may find additional parking in the grass by the tennis court.

You may notice on our home page, formal attire is listed. While we do encourage formal attire, it is not at all mandatory. Ultimately what you wear is completely up to you. Feel free to wear whatever color you like, as long as it isn't white.

We truly cherish you and your little ones. However, we hope to have a ceremony free of interruptions. We sincerely hope you'll consider using this occasion as a special date-night or a well deserved evening to yourself. That said, we completely understand that securing child-care can be challenging or may not be readily available. If attending without your child is not an option, we ask that you kindly be seated on the back row for the ceremony. This will allow for a quiet and respectful exit if needed, helping us maintain a smooth and uninterrupted experience for all in attendance.

As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, our guest list has already reached full capacity. In order to stay within our venue's limitations, we are only able to accommodate those guests whose names are listed on the invitation. Please refer to your invitation to see if you are granted a plus one. We deeply appreciate your understanding. If we seem to have made a mistake on your invitation, please let us know.

Alcohol will be served, however, supply will be limited. Feel free to bring a cooler that may be kept in your vehicle. We ask that you please drink responsibly, and that those drinking make accommodations beforehand for safe travel home!

In Apple Maps, if you search Philadelphia Country Club, you will be presented two different options. The correct option to select is PCC addressed 10731 Bounds Avenue. However if you manually input the address of 10731 Bounds Avenue, it will take you to the wrong address. We wish we would have catched this sooner, as it seems the problem is with Apple Maps. The correct address is 10110 Country Club Road Philadelphia, MS 39350. We apologize for any confusion this may cause.
