In case of interest, we have availability of higher level of rooms overlooking the river. The first category is the Prestige room: at the rate of Euro 720 flat rate for single and double occupancy

Check in time is after 3.00 p.m. and check out time is at 12.00 p.m. Later departure or earlier check in can be arranged subject to a charge.
We kindly inform you that the buses are not able to reach the properties. We have the option to organize a luggage service from the bus stop to the hotel's entrance and vice versa, with an extra charge to be quoted ad hoc.

Once they receive a request stating the Key Word, they will offer the negotiated rates upon availability at the time of request. Wedding Rates are valid till January 31, 2024.
In case you wish to hold rooms, they will set an option date. Within this date, guests will need to contact via email to go ahead with the reservation. After that date, they will release unsold rooms without penalty for bride and groom and proceed upon availability of rooms, at the negotiated rates.
Please know that the only channel which will allow to benefit from the special agreed rate is by writing to the following email l.lombardi@lungarnocollection.com. They will send guests all needed information and will require confirmation of booking details . Guests will be charged a one night deposit one month prior to arrival for Gallery Hotel Art and Continentale and a 50% deposit for Hotel Lungarno and Portrait Firenze. Guests will receive a secure link to pay deposits a few days before the deadline.
The confirmation will also state all reservation’s conditions. There is no penalty for cancellation communicated before June 1, 2024. If cancellation is communicated between June 2, 2024 and 72 hours prior to arrival, they will keep the paid deposit as penalty. For later cancellation they will apply 100% penalty.
