You must use the link below or call the hotel directly to secure a room in the hotel block. If a room type you would like is not available through the link below, you may call the hotel and see if your desired room type is available. If you call the hotel, please mention the Clayton-Hultmark Wedding to ensure you receive the block rate for your room. There are also a limited number of room blocks available for the night before (November 8). Early check in times can be requested prior to arrival.


To secure the hotel block rate and utilize the complimentary shuttles, rooms must be booked by October 8, 2024.


We will have complimentary shuttles to transport guests to the Acquaviva Winery and back to the hotel at the end of the night. There will be one shuttle bringing guests to the winery prior to the ceremony and two shuttles bringing guests back to the hotel at the end of the night. You must book a room through the hotel block to utilize the complimentary shuttles.

You may leave your car at the Winery overnight if you do not make it to the hotel prior to the ceremony, but cars must be removed from Acquavivas parking lot by 11 a.m. the following day (November 10). You may also request an early check-in time since the shuttle is near the regular time of check in.
