What can we do in Clearwater?
The Sheraton Sand Key Resort has a luxurious pool and bar area with private beach access. The beach has plenty of opportunities for additional activities like cabana rentals, outdoor sports and water activities.
The resort has a trolley pick up every 15-20 minutes that will take you into the town of Clearwater Beach where there are plenty of beach bars, restaraunts, and beach shops. You can find boat tours, buggy car rentals, and more.

Will there be any additional events outside of the wedding night?
On Saturday, we are keeping the party alive at Shephard's Beach resort. We will arrive at 1:00 and spend the day in the sun with live music and good company!
What is the attire?
The attire for our wedding is semi-formal beach attire.
Ladies: Sun dresses, maxi dress, jumpsuit, dressy sandals, chunky heels, or wedges.
Gentlemen: Linen suit, sport coat, or chino pants with button down.
*Please refrain from jeans, shorts and Hawaiian shirts.*
Will events take place directly on the beach?
Yes. The ceremony and the reception will both be on the beach. The sand will be packed down, however, please choose shoes that are comfortable for the sand. Golf carts will be available to shuttle you to the ceremony for less walking on the sand.
The cocktail hour will take place on the Sheraton’s lawn area.
What is the set up for dinner?
Our wedding reception will feature a buffet style meal. The buffet is equipped with multiple salad options as well as a meat, poultry, fish, and vegetarian option.
What will the weather be like?
Typically in late February, the weather in Tampa is mid 70s to mid 50s. Currently, the weather on our wedding day is calling for a high of 65° and a low of 51°.
