If the Room is canceled more than 4 days before check-in, no charges or fees will apply. If the Room is canceled within 3 days before checking in, a 1-night payment penalty will apply, and will not be refunded. No Shows by any guest of the Group, the payment made will not be refunded, and the full amount will apply as a cancellation charge. Early departures are non-refundable and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation. If any guest leaves the Resort before the date of check out, any payment already made by the guest, as applicable, will not be reimbursed and will be charged for the totality of the reservation made.

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required to be eligible for the discounted group rate. Your stay must include both event dates—May 15th and May 16th. Please note that complimentary airport shuttle service is only available for guests staying 4 nights or more. However, rideshare options and private transfers are also available for those staying fewer nights.

We strongly encourage guests to utilize the provided booking link for their reservations in order to take advantage of the discounted guest rates. Please be aware that if you choose to book outside of the designated room block, the resort will impose additional charges for each scheduled event you attend. If you plan to stay at a different resort, please note that you will be required to purchase a day pass of $165 USD per person per day to enter the Moon Palace property, and the pass will conclude at the moment the wedding event ends.

The Sangeet & Mehndi is an exciting pre-wedding celebration filled with music, dancing, and vibrant traditions. You can expect lively performances, an open dance floor, a live henna station, and plenty of food and drinks. Come ready to celebrate, dance, and enjoy!

For the Sangeet & Mehndi and the Reception, most guests will typically wear formal traditional Indian outfits. For the Wedding Ceremony, many guests may choose formal western attire (like dresses or suits). That said, you are welcome to wear whichever style you feel most comfortable in, as long as it is semi-formal/formal.
