Yes, weather permitting, our ceremony will take place overlooking the beautiful Blue Ridge mountain range. Dinner and dancing will follow indoors. The Oak Barn is newly renovated with A/C and heating.

We request your response by September 14, 2024 at the latest.

We will provide a shuttle service to and from the Hampton Inn & Suites and Home2 Suites by Hilton in Leesburg, VA. The shuttle will arrive to the hotel at 3:00 PM and depart to the venue at 3:15 PM, sharp. There will be an early shuttle departing the venue at 8PM, and a final shuttle leaving at 10PM following the reception. If you plan to drive, please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange with the venue, as there are limited parking spots available.

Our dress code is cocktail attire. When choosing your shoes, please note that the ceremony is on grass and stiletto heels are likely to get stuck.

Any significant others who are invited will be specified in the invitations. Although we adore your children, we kindly request this be an adults-only occasion.
