Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Venue at Stonebrook Meadows. The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting.
Are there shuttles to transport guests between the venues?
We have reserved 2 shuttles from Hotel to Venue and back for $10.00 a person. If you are not staying at hotel and would like to use the shuttle please meet at hotel, if not you will be responsible for getting to and from Venue.
The shuttle will start transporting guest to venue from 3:30-4:30.
There will be a shuttle running to hotel from venue starting at 8:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Is overnight parking available at the reception venue?
No, please plan accordingly to get home safely. There will be a shuttle running to hotel from venue starting at 8:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Are Kids welcome?
As much as we would love to have your children present on our big day our ceremony and reception is adults only. We want all the parents in our lives to have a fun night, kid free, to celebrate with us.

What is the dress code
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear a cocktail dress and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sport coat.
What happens after the ceremony?
A cocktail hour will take place immediately following our ceremony. Followed by a buffet dinner and dancing.
Can I bring a date?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Yes! The Home2 Suites by Hilton, Bryant AR. Please book by September 8th. Details on travel tab.
