We've got you covered, don't worry!
The bar will be open in the Granary from 2:30pm and a selection of canapes will be served from 2:45pm.
Dinner will be served from 4:15pm in the Tudor Barn so please make sure you have had a good breakfast!
All we need to know is if you have any dietary requirements in your RSVP.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS / VIDEOS?
This is a big one for us.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share photos as soon as we receive them.
Please can we also kindly ask that phones are away for other important times during the day, such as, confetti, speeches and first dance. We want everyone to be fully present within the moment and feel all of the emotions with us.
Outside of these timings, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! Don't forget to share them with us after!
WHAT TIME IS THE CEREMONY?
Our ceremony will begin at 2pm sharp. Dinner, drinks and dancing will follow.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find your seat and mingle!
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our wedding. PSA - NO WHITES PLEASE!
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. This will be specified on invites. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
IS THERE AN RSVP DEADLINE?
Please RSVP no later than 4th October 2024.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest count to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVP's - we hope you understand!
WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER MAKE IT?
Your presence will surely be missed. If you have already RSVP'd attending but find that you can no longer make it, please notify Penny or Luke as soon as possible.
GIFTS
You travelling to spend the day with us is plenty enough, but if you do wish to give a gift as well, a cash gift to put towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated!
IS THERE PARKING ON SITE?
Yes! South Farm have a car park on site which you are free to use! You are also more than welcome to leave your car overnight so that you can party and let loose! The venue politely ask that you collect your cars before midday, and if for any reason this isn't possible, please make them aware.
ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT THE SAME LOCATION?
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at South Farm. Our ceremony will be held in the Dairy Barn, and the reception will be in the Tudor Barn.
