Persephone and Stephen first met in 2017 at an unlikely event: a video game tournament in Pittsburgh that required formal attire. What started as a shared niche hobby soon blossomed into a long-distance romance, eventually leading Persephone to move from Columbus, OH to join Stephen in Pittsburgh. The couple quickly discovered shared passions – from scuba diving trips to baking experiments – and it became clear how perfectly matched they are.
