Good question! In lieu of a traditional guest book, we ask that you write down a recipe on the card and bring it with you on the day of the wedding. There will be a box set up for you to add your recipe card to. We love cooking and baking and thought it would be cool to collect different recipes to enjoy together from the special people in our lives. Your recipe can be anything; a main dish, appetizer, dessert, etc. It can be a family recipe you wish to pass down or something you found scrolling Pinterest one day that you thought was super awesome. The choice is up to you!

Not really, unless if you like sleeping under the stars :) The venue does not have rooms or overnight accommodations but you are welcome to camp on the property if you want or need to. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on camping at the venue, as we will be setting up and taking things down the days before and after and will want to coordinate to make sure everyone is taken care of. We don't really recommend this option, but if you want to camp out you are welcome to. We highly suggest searching the local areas for places to stay as soon as possible, due to the high traffic we get in the fall from the leaf peepers and such.

Our wedding is outside in October in upstate New York....the weather possibilities are endless. Please wear something that you will be comfortable to dance and walk around in for a while, but nothing too casual. It is definitely not a black tie affair, but no jeans and t-shirts either please. We suggest bringing a jacket or coat in case it gets chilly, but also layers you can remove if you get a little hot out on the dance floor.
