After several attempts to set Peter and Ashley up it was finally God's timing....

On Friday April 11, 2014 Ashley went over to Scott and Krista's place for dinner and that's when she learned that they were trying to play match maker for quite some time. While at dinner they described Peter as tall, good looking, good job, goes to our church, is going on a mission trip, and that's when Ashley's ears perked up! So while eating dinner Scott got a text from Liza stating that her Paul and Pete were at Ragtime if they wanted to meet up…. and that's where the match making began.

While heading to Ragtime Ashley had butterflies in her stomach, but Pete had no idea what was about to happen. Scott, Krista, and Ashley walked into Ragtime and immediately it was obvious to Ashley who the mystery guy was. Tall and handsome was very accurate! After the introduction the night was full of laughter, photo shoots, dancing, and making new friends. The night ended with an invitation for Pete to join them at One Spark the following day. Canceling his golf plans and joining Ashley at One Spark is just what he did! We enjoyed the day and it was pretty clear that this was going to be one of many adventures for Pete and Ashley.

Over the past year an a half we have shared the love of travel, family, friends, God, and most of all each other. Ashley's fun loving, sensitive, and carefree personality compliments Pete's life of the party, joking, and slightly OCD personality. We can't wait to tie the knot with our friends and family!!
