Simon has been Zach’s best friend, and basically an additional brother, since they were in middle school. The two have been inseparable since – to the point of moving to the same state. Peyton knew that dating Zach meant she had to accept Zach and Simon’s relationship. Friendship. Whatever you want to call that. Part of accepting their friendship meant accepting that eventually Zach and Simon would marry each other. Just in a different way than a lot of their family members initially thought – the two just wanted to officiate each other’s weddings. Zach had the honor of officiating Simon’s wedding, and now Zach and Peyton get to have Simon officiate their wedding too. It is truly the best way to recognize the friendship between not only Zach and Simon, but the friendship that has formed between Peyton and Simon as well.

Anton is Zach’s Best Man and older brother. Since Anton and Zach are each other's only brothers, there has always been a tight bond between the two. They would be able to rely on each other and talk to each other about anything; whether that be games, school, life, or girls. They always knew they had each other's back no matter what. The first time Anton got to meet Peyton was a weekend while Zach was in college. Anton came to visit Zach, and Peyton bought Anton Chick-Fil-A. From that moment, Anton has fully accepted and treated her as family.

Clare and Peyton met initially through Zeta Tau Alpha where Clare became Peyton’s Big Sister. Clare’s husband, Jon Voss, and Zach served on an executive board together in Delta Sigma Phi, while Clare and Peyton took on the task of causing all the problems for their chapter. Clare has since been the best big sister, confidant, friend, roommate, and now, Matron of Honor Peyton could’ve ever asked for.

Benjamin and Zach started their friendship freshman year of college while living on the greatest dorm floor together, 2 South. As the two got to know each other, little did Zach know Ben was recruiting Zach for the fraternity that he was currently a part of. Ben knew Zach’s saintliness was the missing piece of Delta Sigma Phi. Through the process of recruitment and all the way to today, Ben has been an amazing friend to Zach and they have made plenty of amazing memories with each other. Whether it be disc golf, coffee dates, or having late night discussions in 216, Ben has proven to be an amazing person of character, an amazing friend, and now groomsman.

Charlotte is Peyton’s little sister and Maid of Honor. While Peyton has learned that Charlotte looks up to her in the last few years, Charlotte is still learning that Peyton also learns from her. While most sisters share clothing, these two sisters share support and love that push each other to be better people. Charlotte is a wonderful little sister and Peyton is extremely grateful to have her sister to stand next to her on her wedding day, but also every other day as well.

Tony and Zach’s relationship started the day Zach saw a new freshman moving into the fraternity house. From that moment on, with a little persuading from Tony, Zach became Tony’s Big Brother in the fraternity. While it was Zach’s job to guide and teach Tony how to adjust to college life, Tony also taught Zach so much during the years they spent together at Missouri S&T. Tony is a tremendously charismatic, diligent, and thoughtful person, and Zach couldn't have asked for a better little brother and friend.

Sarah and Peyton met through Zeta Tau Alpha and their many classes together. Sarah has not only been wonderful to work with in classes and their job together, but she’s been a bright light in Peyton’s college life with all the laughter she brings. Peyton admires Sarah’s honesty and ability to be true to herself. Sarah has been a great friend and Peyton can’t wait to have Sarah stand by her side on the big day.

Having a brother-in-law is great, but having a brother-in-law with the same name as you is even better. Zack has always been a great role model and BIL to Zach. Sometimes you would think that Zach and Zack were married to each other rather than Zach’s sister Courtney being married to Zack. Zack is an extremely funny and fun person to be around. Wherever he is, there tends to be jokes being made or some new intriguing story about his life being told. He is a dynamic character and definitely someone you can rely on whether it be for life advice, car troubles, or just someone to have a good time with.

Elissa has always played a mentor-like role in Peyton’s life. Elissa, a senior in high school at the time, even drove Peyton to their softball practices everyday in Peyton’s freshman year of high school. Peyton has been very fortunate to have Elissa as a role model in high school, college, Zeta Tau Alpha, and now in the family as well. Elissa is one of Peyton’s Bridesmaids, but will soon be her Sister-In-Law too. It’s almost like they planned this all along ;)

From living on 2 South together, to bonding as roommates in room 216 in the fraternity house, and finishing out college in room 205 in the fraternity house, Gentry has been one of Zach’s closest friends and best roommates he’s had in college. As Zach’s gotten to live with Gentry, he’s learned just how passionate of a person he can be. From sports, to problem solving, to turning off the lights, Gentry always shows how passionate he is for what he loves. Gentry is a person who can always take a joke and somehow always messes up the rebuttal, but that’s what makes Gentry such a great person to be around. Gentry and Zach developed from fraternity brothers and college roommates to a friendship that will last them throughout their adulthood and many more milestones in life.

Dani and Peyton met in their sorority at S&T. Dani was Peyton’s first official friend in the sorority, and eventually they decided to room together the next semester. Through rough times, and especially the best of times, Dani has always been there for Peyton. Peyton couldn’t be any happier to add Dani to the wedding party. She’s an incredible friend, amazing hype-woman, and now a wonderful bridesmaid!

Zach and Nacy met each other through pledging their fraternity together. The two boys continued to grow their friendship and eventually served on an Executive Board at the same time for their fraternity where they leaned on each other often for support. Nacy and Zach were both known for having an open-door policy in the fraternity, which led to many days and late nights of Zach and Peyton hanging out in Nacy’s room to procrastinate homework. The three have had a lot of great laughs together, and sometimes a good cry too. These friends always know they can let it out around each other. There have been many occasions where Peyton and Nacy trade advice back and forth, and others where they just needed a good Taco Bell run with a friend. Nacy is unique in his ability to consistently be kind, patient, and supporting to almost everybody he meets. He’s an amazing friend to both Peyton and Zach, and a perfect addition to their wedding party.

Peyton and Brendan both started college at the same time at Missouri S&T. The two shared a few tough experiences together: navigating the new campus, learning the ways of the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity house, working on campus together, and a fifth year of college (which felt much like completing pre-school twice, Peyton and Zach imagine). It was a fortunate turn of events when Brendan graduated a semester before Peyton, that he got to move in with Zach for 6 months before Peyton eventually moved in too. Zach and Brendan became close in college through family tree coffee, Aerospace Engineering, and Delta Sigma Phi. As Brendan is Zach’s Grand-Little in the fraternity, the two of them grew close. While living together, Brendan and Zach have gotten to explore many aspects of Colorado together such as hiking the manitou incline, buying new tires due to his having magnets in them, and visiting Simon and Elissa (and Sam) up in Denver. Having Brendan as a roommate has been a wonderful experience for both Peyton and Zach.
