Coy and Peyton met in 2019 through a mutual friend (okay...she was dating him...). They became casual friends and would hang out in groups eating Mexican food and drinking margaritas. They also would all go roller skating, play pool and watch movies.

They drifted apart over time but early in 2022, Peyton went through a very difficult situation, and Coy reached out to offer support and encouragement. Love blossomed!

In April 2025, they got engaged are so excited to be marrying their best friend in April 2026!
