In order of proximity to the reception venue, these are the main hotels available in the city of Houghton. There is also an abundance of AirBnBs and VRBOs in the area. Please keep in mind that there is limited public transportation in Houghton when booking your stay.
Hampton Inn & Suites Houghton
This hotel is across the street from the reception venue, no driving required! This is the only hotel we have reserved a block of rooms with. Please call the hotel directly to book with the Gast-Kolinski Wedding block at 906-487-1700.

Quality Inn & Suites
This hotel is an 8 minute walk from the reception venue. Indoor swimming pool and complimentary breakfast are provided.
Super 8 by Wyndham Houghton
This hotel is 9 minute walk along the canal from the reception venue. This hotel provides complimentary breakfast and an indoor swimming pool.
Holiday Inn Express Houghton-Keweenaw, an IHG Hotel
This hotel is a 4 minute drive from the reception venue (not within walking distance). Indoor swimming pool and hot tub available, as well as complimentary breakfast.
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Houghton, MI
This hotel is a 6 minute drive from the reception venue (not within walking distance). Indoor swimming pool and complimentary breakfast provided. This hotel is the closest one to the ceremony!
Transportation
There is a short commute between the ceremony and the reception (~5 minute drive). The Hampton Inn across the street from the reception venue is a very short walk, while the Super8 and Quality Inn are ~10 minute walks. There is limited public transportation in Houghton! Keep this in mind when booking your stay.

Stop at Settler's Co-op in Bruce Crossing, or Krupp's Resort in Toivola for a snack if you're coming into town from the West.
