Peyton and William's story: We are two festival-going, world-traveling, language-loving dental students who found our forever in each other! We initially met in the summer of 2016 at the University of Texas at Austin - William was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and I was a member of the Alpha Phi sorority. I was also a sweetheart for ATO, which meant I often attended the fraternity's events.

After connecting about dentistry a few times over the years, we finally had a class together in early 2019. We spent many nights studying together - laughing, talking, and connecting. We complemented each other in so many ways: we both wanted to be dentists, we had similar interests and hobbies, and I was in Alpha Phi, the same sorority that William's mother was a member of during her time at UT when she met William's father. The following summer, William went to live in Paris, France for a study abroad program and Iflew across the ocean to meet him in Europe. We spent a magical few weeks together in France before I had to fly back to Texas. Although we took a break during Covid, the stars aligned and we ended up studying at the same dental school in Dallas, Texas. Our love had never faded and we easily rekindled our romance. In August 2022, we took another trip to Paris, seeing new sights but also visiting familiar places. We had an intimate dinner at a restaurant we had visited during our first time together in Paris. The evening was a fairytale; after an amazing meal overlooking the Eiffel Tower, William brought me out onto the rooftop and proposed - I said yes! Since then, we have been happily planning our wedding while attending dental school.
