We wish that all little ones could be invited. However, this event is going to be an adults only event and we appreciate all guests making arrangements in advance.

The church has multiple parking lots available, but the one that is most convenient is located on the side of the sanctuary. You will also find plenty of handicap spaces here as well. For the reception, parking after dark is Richmond is generally free. There is a small parking lot adjacent to the Bolling Haxall House as well as a parking garage located across the street.

All events in this wedding including the reception and cocktail hour are located indoors. We know better than to tempt Richmond heat!

Due to venue capacity, this event is by invitation only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please plan to arrive prior to the ceremony start time. Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 downtown with reception to follow.

Petal will be available for photo opportunities in between ceremony and reception outside the church.

If you are feeling ill or have tested positive for Covid 2 weeks prior to the event, please do not attend and notify the bride or groom as a precaution to protect our medically fragile guests. We are not requiring guests to test or wear masks prior to or during the event, but if you would feel more comfortable testing or masking, we encourage you to do so.
