Peyton and Dominic first crossed paths in 2020 at Southeastern Louisiana University. What began as a simple friendship quickly grew into something special. For over a year, they were inseparable best friends, attending every sorority and fraternity event together, sharing Sunday mornings at church, and supporting each other through the ups and downs of college life.Their connection was effortless, full of laughter and genuine care. They were each other’s favorite person long before they realized their hearts had already chosen one another. That moment of realization came on the night of Dominic’s semi formal, when everything suddenly clicked. A single night changed everything, and their friendship blossomed into love.Since then, Peyton and Dominic have built a beautiful life together, filled with joy, love, and the occasional mischief from their beloved cat, Milo, who proudly holds the title of baby of the family.On November 30, 2024, surrounded by twinkling lights at Louisiana Lights in the LSU Botanical Gardens, Dominic got down on one knee and asked Peyton the most important question of their lives. In true Peyton fashion, her first words were, “Are you being for real right now?” A moment that perfectly captured their fun, genuine, and heartfelt relationship. (Spoiler alert: she said yes)Now, they are beyond excited to begin the next chapter of their journey as husband and wife, surrounded by the people who mean the most to them.
