When do we need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 1, using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What is the dress code?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please join us in semi-formal attire suited for an outdoor fall celebration with a hint of vintage and boho charm. We are creating a warm, romantic environment with soft, earthy tones. Please choose muted fall-inspired colors that complement the setting. The reception will be held on grass under a tent, so we recommend comfortable footwear (block heels, wedges, or dressy flats). We kindly request no denim, as we’re aiming for a more polished-elegant inspired look. Please dress appropriately for the weather, as the reception is outdoors.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Are kids allowed?

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

What do I do if I can't make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I attend the ceremony?

We’re so grateful for your love and support! Our ceremony will be a small, private gathering, and the details are included on the invitations for those joining us at 4:00 pm. It will also be included on the RSVP tab. If you’re invited to the ceremony, we can’t wait to share this special moment with you.&nbsp;If you’re reception‑only, please join us at 6:00 pm for dinner, dancing, and all the fun—either way, we can’t wait to share our special day with you!

What time should I get to the reception?

We ask that you get to the reception in between 5:45-6:00 PM to grab a drink, get settled in, and say hello to the bride and groom! Everyone will take a seat at 6:00 PM for the first dance.

Where do I park at the reception?

The reception will be held at Amy and Darell Butcher's home. Parking is available across the street—just follow the sign. A golf cart will be there to pick you up and take you to the reception area.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want you to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Drinks are on us and the hangover is on you—get ready to party!! We’ve got the drinks covered—just bring a little cash to show love to the bartenders! We encourage you to Uber/Lyft to and from the reception. You can leave your vehicles overnight and pick them up the following morning. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.
