It all started with a swipe… Julia first wooed Peyton with apple picking. They instantly had a strong connection. With Julia in Bowling Green and Peyton in Findlay, they saw each other often. Their senior year, Peyton moved to Bowling Green with Julia. They underwent multiple bouts of long distance, especially while Peyton lived in Georgia. Through FaceTime dates, hour-long phone calls, and [not enough] visits, they made it work because they knew it was all worth it. A few months after Peyton moved to Florida, she proposed to Julia. Two weeks later, Julia proposed to Peyton. Julia and Peyton have been together for over seven years and cannot wait to see what their future together holds.

Teammate and college classmate to Julia, Erin now spends her days being a mother of 12, aka Head Coach of the her alma mater, BGSU Women’s Golf team. They shared long study sessions in the library and midnight drives on the Ohio backroads talking about everything and nothing. When she's not following her passion of golf, she's caring for her dog, Tito.

Megan is Peyton's bridesmaid and best friend from Florida. She is also serving as the ring bearer. Peyton and Megan met at FAU, where they are both pursuing their PhD. She loves trying new things and once paddle-boarded up the Atlantic Coast.

Newly wed Miranda was the first friend Julia made when coming to BGSU. One of the kindest hearts you could ever meet, she is always a person she could rely on and laugh with. Today you can find her where the grass is greener and with her new husband and pup in Ohio.

Cameron is Peyton's bridesmaid and best friend from Georgia. They met while working the opening shift at Starbucks. She is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet and loves all things Taylor Swift and Disney.

Polina was the freshman roommate to Julia, all starting off with a pint of ice cream. From late movie nights to hanging out on balconies eating dinner. Now you can catch her traveling the world, climbing mountains, and residing in Spain working for a world renowned tennis academy.

Jenna is Peyton's bridesmaid and best friend from high school. Fate brought them together in 8th grade when they were sat next to each other in homeroom because of their last names. She is one of the most authentic people you'll ever meet and loves exploring the outdoors.

Long lost other half and almost roommate, Carly and Julia became best friends their freshman year of college. Though it seems like college athletics and now careers keep them far apart, they remain great friends, even if they only see each other every 3 years. She now is a new homeowner with her husband in Kansas while teaching the future of America.

Sara is Peyton's bridesmaid and best friend from high school. They first met in 8th grade when they were placed in the same group for that year's Ohio Model United Nations program. One of the most genuine people you'll ever meet, she loves kayaking and visiting new places.

After meeting at the young age of 6 at a tennis camp, Karli soon became best friends with the Martell-Durkin sisters. That friendship has lasted for 20+ years across hundreds of miles of distance. She has traveled the world and lived fantasy adventures that could fill novels, but her kind soul and honest friendship has remained a constant for Julia.

Traci is Peyton's maid of honor and best friend from college. They met during welcome week of their freshman year and learned that they were both from Canton. She has a contagious laugh and is immensely determined. When she isn't helping kids as a pediatric physical therapist, you can find her immersed in nature.

Savannah has been there for all of Julia’s life, literally. Though they have lived on opposite ends of the country for the last 8 years, they have never been closer. Being a sister has had many different meanings for these two over the years, but asking Savannah to officiate was the obvious choice. It meant asking Savannah to accept an irreplaceable role, one as irreplaceable as being Julia’s sister. Now, Peyton is excited to have a sister for the first time.

Travel

This is a HUGE farmers market that runs every Saturday from 9am-1pm. It has a variety of food and local goods. Plus, it runs alongside several restaurants and our venue! For food, we highly recommend Rocco's Tacos, which is along the road of the market, or Elisabetta's Ristorante, which is a few blocks away.

The Brightline travels to Orlando, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, and Miami. You can book a seat online or at the station.
