Our Wedding

﻿We first met at Jacksonville, NC conference in March 2024. It started with just a hi and we started building a friendship. Then with much prayer, a few months later, we knew we wanted to pursue a relationship. From the guidance of our pastors, we agreed to wait 6 months of no communication. In that time, we separately continued to pray for one another and ask God for direction in what he would have for us. Then on December 3rd, 2024, Phillip reached out to me and that began our journey. Being in a long-distance relationship really helped develop a trust and a strong need in being good communicators. God brought us closer and we developed a strong bond. Through our relationship we made it an appoint every morning and night to pray together. We prioritized in being very intentional in making time for each other even in the very early mornings. The big day came on October 25th, 2025 when Phillip proposed to me. That would be the weekend that was the biggest game changer for us. It brought us closer together; as we started to hustle with wedding planning, knowing we would be getting married shortly. We are grateful for God bringing us together and for always providing for us and opening up supernatural doors in our relationship, so we could get to this point. Christ has and will always be be the center of our relationship. We pray that whoever sees our relationship that we can be a Godly example to all that follow behind us!
