Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Our venue provides ample on-site parking for all our guests free of charge!

What time should I arrive?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

What should I wear?

This will be a formal event open to all cultures and we would love to see all of you in your most beautiful outfits ready to party!

What will the weather be like?

The ceremony and reception will be taking place in an enclosed greenhouse. There will be some outdoor elements to our wedding BUT... The weather forecast tells us that it will be bright, warm and sunny!

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographers and videographers will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony. There will be some time allocated at the end for photographs, during this time GO WILD!

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the cocktail room, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during the cocktail hour. The bride and groom will start welcoming guests into the reception area at 6pm where they will take a photo with you after which you will be able to take your seats and participate in lawn games.

Where should I sit?

You’re welcome to sit wherever you’d like! Gather your friends and a seat you like! All we ask is for chairs not to be moved from the tables as there is limited space at the venue and we want to ensure walkways are clear for guests and the catering staff.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a dinner buffet with a selection of meat, fish, vegetarian dishes and salads. There will be a dessert bar at the end of the night to satisfy all of our sweet desires. Please note that all food served is halal certified through our caterer.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Alcohol will not be served.

What time should I go home?

Please join us as we send the bride and groom off at 10:45pm. Following this, the reception will conclude at 11pm.

Do you have a gift registry?

With Piratheep being on the move constantly due to medical school we are a little short on space to carry gifts with each move. So if you’d like to help us celebrate with a gift, a cash gift to put towards our future would be appreciated. However, please note that although this is appreciated, it is certainly not expected! Your presence at our wedding is more than enough for us!

Am I allowed to bring plus 1 or my children?

Due to space constraints we’ve consciously named each guest we’ve allocated a seat for at the wedding in your invitation to RSVP. Please refer to your invite for confirmation of who’s invited from your party.
