Our wedding will be held on Saturday August 9th, 2025, in Charlotte, NC. The wedding ceremony and the cocktail hour/reception will take place at the Charlotte Marriott City Center. The address for the venue is 100 West Trade Street, Charlotte, NC 28202.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the wedding ceremony starts to ensure you are settled in for the event.

While we encourage traditional Indian attire for the wedding and reception, feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. If you would like to wear Indian attire then, women can wear saris or lehengas and men can wear kurta sets or sherwanis. If you're unfamiliar with the attire, feel free to reach out to us for guidance. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing red as this color is typically reserved for the bride during the Hindi wedding ceremony. However, you can wear any color you would like during the reception.

Our wedding lunch will feature vegetarian Gujarati cuisine. The reception will feature vegetarian North Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisine. If you have specific dietary restrictions then please inform us in advance.

Yes, there is a room block with a discounted rate for Friday August 8, 2025 through Sunday August 10, 2025. If you would like to book a room through the room block, please use the link on the "Travel" tab. Please note that if you would like to secure the discounted rate through the room block, the room must be booked by July 19, 2025.
