What is the dress code?
Please dress in formal cocktail attire for the ceremony (PLEASE NO PINK ATTIRE). If you’d like, feel free to bring a change of clothes for the reception – whatever is most comfortable for you to dance and party in!
Can I bring a +1 guest?
Unfortunately, due to limited space we cannot accommodate additional plus ones. All sent invitations will include the individuals who are invited. Thank you for understanding!
When should I arrive at the ceremony?
Guests should arrive at the ceremony by 2:00pm. The ceremony will officially begin at 2:30pm, but we encourage you to settle in early to help ensure a timely order of events. Prelude music will be played in the church prior to the ceremony.
Where is the ceremony and reception?
The ceremony is at Our Lady of the Visitation Parish in Darnestown, MD. The reception venue is at Woodbyrne Farm, a quick 5-6 minute drive from the ceremony. The address of the reception location is 14625 Seneca Rd, Darnestown, MD 20874.
Will there be parking at the reception venue?
Parking will be available at Woodbyrne Farm in grass/gravel areas in the back of the property. Signage will be present on-site to direct guests. We strongly encourage guests to make carpool arrangements from the ceremony to reception to allow for efficient parking and adequate space.
