Presley and Will met back in Fall of 2023 at Georgia Southern. Their love for the Lord and staying rooted in like-minded community led them both to the Baptist Collegiate Ministries at Georgia Southern. They met through mutual friends and began hanging around each other shortly after. They were always finding fun ways to be near each other whether that be BCM events, intramurals or movie nights. They remained friends for a little while until they realized they had developed feelings for each other. They continued their friendship through the remainder of the school year and went separate ways to work summer camps, FUGE Camps and Camp Kaleo, but stayed in constant contact, always updating each other on how their summer was going.

Once they returned from camp, they began hanging out with each other instantly. They continued until December of 2023 when they both admitted they had feelings for each other and wanted to see where it could go. The began dating on January 20th of 2024 in Savannah, GA and began their journey of furthering their relationship and falling more in love everyday! Date nights, sonic runs, intramurals, formals, getting a dog together and all the things in between have helped shaped their relationship. They both had and have a desire to glorify Christ in all they do and make their relationship be one that honors and reflects Christ in all they do. After many months of dating and one dog later, they both realized and discussed that they wanted an entire future together, not just a couple months, and began praying and seeking wise counsel on next steps for their relationship. Many long conversations about the future, dreams and goals later, they both realized they were on the same page and wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. On October 3rd, 2025, Will finally proposed. This was met with such excitement, many tears on Presley's part and multiple realizations that they really were going to spend the rest of their lives together.
