The dress code for our wedding is Semi Formal. Wear something you’re comfortable in—button-up shirts, long flowy dresses, or whatever brings you joy. Since our ceremony will take place in the winter, we recommend dressing for the weather. Please stay away from party colors such as emerald green and white.

Of course, we can’t guarantee anything, but we get plenty of snow in Green Bay during the winter. Keep an eye on the weather here (https://shorturl.at/dlW09) in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and have your jackets ready.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but there will be opportunities for guests to be outside throughout the night.

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures at the tree farm for around an hour. Guests can either spend this time at the venue for Cocktail Hour (beginning at 3pm) or go to the Black Sheep Bar and Grill. Dinner will be served around 5 pm, with festivities and dancing to follow.

Yes!! The venue has plenty of parking for all our guests.

Although we'd love to be able to celebrate with everyone, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

We have selected to have a smaller ceremony and dinner with close friends and family. If you have a "reception only" invitation, we'd love for you to dance the night away and attend our reception starting at 7pm. You will still see the couple's first dances as well as participate in cake and pizza throughout the night. Come dance the night away with the newly Mr. and Mrs. Ruh!
