Filipino Traditions at Our Wedding

We are excited to honor Filipino heritage by incorporating a few cultural traditions during our wedding ceremony &amp; reception. These meaningful customs are a way to celebrate pamilya, pag-ibig, at komunidad (family, love &amp; community) - values that are deeply rooted in Filipino culture. Whether you are familiar or brand new to these traditions, we hope you will enjoy this special part of our celebration!

How to Prepare for the Money Dance:- Cash: Typically small denominations ($1, $5, $10s, or more depending on your comfort)- Safety pins: We'll have some on hand, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like to be ready- Dancing spirit: No fancy moves required! Just a smile and a few steps How it Works:1. Wait for the MC/DJ to announce the start of the Money Dance2. Line up to dance with the bride or groom - or both!3. Pin your cash onto their attire (or hand it to a designated help if you're not comfortable pinning)4. Enjoy a short dance and some one-on-one time with the happy couple!

**4 pm check-in and 11 am check-out**Airport shuttle arrangements to and/or from Norfolk International Airport can be made by the attendees along with their hotel reservation or by calling either (757) 366-5700 or (800) 926-4466 and asking for Guest Services. There is currently a shuttle fee of $14.00 per person each way. Prices subject to change and will be confirmed 3 months prior to arrival
