The first time we met was at our shared friends' house. It was our friend's birthday celebration, and because we had the same circle of friends, they introduced me to him personally

During that time, my intentions were pure and just a simple hi and hello like what normal people do when introduced to each other, I didn't expect anything more than a friendship because at first, I wasn't interested in getting into a relationship because I was so focused on my self growth that time, and I think I genuinely love myself that I couldn't ask for someone to love or care for me because I am doing it for myself but as I progressively got to know him, I realized that he is a wonderful person and happy to be with.
