Our Wedding

Our story is a classic modern Millenial romance that began circa February 2022. At the time, I was working at a new, busy cocktail bar on Cherry Street in Tulsa. This was only a temporary job for me while I waited for my nursing program to begin. I was busy focusing on myself and getting ready to go back to school, completely unaware that this transitional period of my life would put me in the right place at just the right time. I can clearly remember the first time I laid eyes on Jonathan. And yes, I know that's cheesy, but keep reading. I had just gotten back in town, and I was scheduled to work on a Saturday night. I had considered calling in because we had had a big snowfall and it was cold, so I assumed it would be a slow night. Reluctantly, I went in anyways. A couple hours into my shift, people started to slowly pour in and fill the bar. As I started to make my way around to take drink orders, someone caught my attention. He was sitting on the bar top, presumably there to watch the KU basketball game with some friends as told by the jersey he was wearing. Unaware that I was innocently stalking him from across the bar, he shamelessly flirted with the bartender while I decided to pull up his tab to know his name. Once I had that information, I decided I would do what any other modern-day romantic would do: go stalk his socials later. After a busy shift that ended at 2 am, I went home, found him on Instagram, and decided to follow him not thinking anything would come of it.The next day he followed me back.A couple days later, he initiated a conversation.A week later, we were meeting for our first date. We met on a Monday night (sorry to the Kilkenny's crew) where dinner was followed by drinks, and before we knew it, it was last call. Our conversation all night was so effortless, and the chemistry felt electric. Little did we know that three years later I'd be typing this all out for all our loved ones to hear how it all started. Our relationship has been full of love, travel, lots of ugly laughing, and everything in between. The best part of it all, is that this is just the beginning. We are so lucky to be loved by so many who are just as excited for our next chapter as we are. Thank you for your support. We can't wait to celebrate with you all! P.S. We have blocked off 50 King rooms and 15 Double Bed rooms, plus free parking at a discounted rate. The hotel is about 8 miles from the venue in the heart of Tulsa.

Catch a game at the Drillers stadium with an awesome view of the Tulsa skyline in the background.They sell $2 beers on Thursdays, and on Fridays they have a fireworks show after the game!

ONEOK Field

One of the best public parks in the United States offers something for everyone. There's a BMX track, a skate park, water activities, and a 5 acre playground to explore. It was named as one of the "World's Coolest Places of 2019" by Time Magazine.

Gathering Place

This brewery is one of our favorite spots! They have unique beer variations, frozen beer slushies, beer smoothies and soft serve, as well as non-alcoholic drinks. This brewery is also family oriented and kid friendly!
