Yes, a valid passport is required for all international travelers attending the wedding in Cancun, Mexico. This includes guests flying from LAX or those using the CBX Bridge and flying from Tijuana (TJ). Be sure to check the expiration date and renew your passport if needed before your trip!

Yes, a minimum stay of three nights is required at the resort.

The room block is available from December 3rd to December 8th, 2025. If you’d like to extend your stay before or after these dates, please reach out to our travel coordinator, who will be happy to assist with arranging additional nights!

Here are the important payment deadlines to keep in mind: First Deposit: To hold your room, a deposit of $150 USD per room is required. Second Deposit: 50% of the room cost is due by July 10th, 2025. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due by September 10th, 2025.

From the time of booking to July 10th, 2025: Deposits are refundable. From July 11th, 2025, to September 10th, 2025: Deposits are non-refundable. The resort may also charge fees for reducing the number of nights or guests. From September 11th, 2025, to the travel date: Room cancellations are fully non-refundable.

Yes! Shared roundtrip airport transportation can be arranged for $56.26 USD per person. This private service is only shared with wedding guests arriving or leaving within a 30-minute time window.

We’ll need your flight details by October 19th, 2025, to schedule transportation. Once your flights are booked, please send us a screenshot of both your departure and arrival flight information.
