Yes, the ceremony will take place outdoors in the garden. The reception will have options of being indoors or outdoors the entire night.

Please remain in the garden until after James and Qualina has had the first view of the reception room. Once James and Qualina, along with the wedding party exits the garden, guests will be allowed to mingle while appetizers are being served. Do not interrupt the picture taking. If you need to go to your car or the bathroom, please go inside the reception area. The bathrooms are located right outside the doors. Do go to the parking lot, the stairs are on the right near the bathrooms.

Only the bride, groom, our children, the wedding party, and our parents. Everyone will have a chance to take pictures with the couple after dinner. DO NOT INTERRUPT WHILE WE ARE EATING!

The parking is self serve. There is no valet. I advise you to come 30 mins early for a good parking spot. If the parking lot is full (due to another party ) there is parking across the street on that side street.

Yes, when entering through the fountain area and around back there are no stairs. However, if you are coming through the front, there are stairs leading down to the reception area.

This is a formal event but please be yourself, just think Royalty. However, DO NOT wear the colors Red, Gold or Champagne.

Dinner will be buffet style with an appetizer mingle hour filled with delicious choices, main course with different meats, sides, vegetables and more for everyone's enjoyable, and lastly cake and dessert.

The Bar will be CASH BAR!
