Our Wedding

Our Story

“Like many modern love stories, ours began in the DMs—Quentin messaged Conner on “The Book Of Faces” (Facebook), and after a few days (and Conner becoming freshly single), a conversation began. A parking lot meetup turned into dinner at Jonathan’s, where Quentin had steak and Conner (of course) ordered chicken tenders (still a work in progress 😅). From that night in January 2020, everything changed. Though we lived in different states, we made it work—90-mile drives, long nights, and even longer phone calls. Then came COVID. The distance and uncertainty took a toll, and we drifted… until June 2020, when a spontaneous stop in Murfreesboro on the way home from the beach rekindled everything. By July, we were living together. Quentin was commuting 180 miles a day for work, until he transferred jobs to be closer to home—and to Conner. We kept growing, personally and together, chasing dreams. In May 2023, we bought our first house after two years of searching—young, determined, and ready for the life we were building. When it came time to propose, it had to be Cartier—just like Conner always dreamed, from the first Valentines Day spent together, the ideal ring was gold Cartier. Christmas Eve in Collierville, surrounded by love and family, Quentin got down on one knee-the rest is history. Just shy of five years. Three apartments, four pets, a home purchased, countless miles, memories, growth, and love lead to this. Everyone wants to be remembered in life. As humans we strive for meaning and purpose. On a cold January night, a very lost yet hopeful version of myself drove alone from Kentucky to Tennessee to meet a stranger who would love, support, and encourage the evolution of who I’m supposed to be. Call it fate, I might at times agree, but I also know the work that has went into it. On November 8th, 2025, we’re getting married. Best friends, adventure partners, and now future husbands. We are the lucky ones. Not many are blessed with the love, guidance, and encouragement from so many people like you. Thank you for being part of our journey. Let’s celebrate. ❤️”

"I met Quentin when I was six years old, and I’ve been a big fan ever since. That’s… counts on hands… his whole life. 🙂 I’m lucky and honored to be one of his big sisters. We’ve had a lifetime of making messes aaand cleaning them up! Our childhood was full of chaotic energy, dance parties, art projects, and endless singing. I think we’ve even clocked a million hours playing outside. It’s been an absolute joy watching him fall in love and choose Conner as his forever. I’m a big Conner fan now, too. “I first met Quentin in 2021 when we worked together as servers on Broadway—I even trained him on his first day. Later that year, fate had us both in Boston at the same time, and that’s when I met Conner. They invited me to fly home with them on a private jet (thanks to Conner’s job with Contour Airlines), and the adventure hasn’t stopped since. A few weeks later, Conner whisked me off to New York on another flight, and from then on I’ve been their honorary third wheel, traveling and making memories together. Quentin and Conner are not only my gay besties, but two of the most thoughtful and giving friends I could ask for—we’d truly do anything for each other.”

“Hey I’m Quentin’s twin sister…..jk jk but that’s what they told us growing up. That changed when he grew 2 feet taller than me. P.S I’m still older! From pulling him out of a high chair as a baby, hot wheels in his bedroom floor and playing drive thru with our bikes in the driveway we somehow found a way to cause trouble and drive our parents crazy. That sums it up though, we’ve been sidekicks for life. Getting older roles changed and he’s been the caring protective brother that would do anything for anyone. I instantly knew I gained another brother when he met Conner. I am so happy for these two and the journey they have been on. I know they will make a lifetime of memories and I cannot wait to celebrate their special day with them.”

Watching Quentin find his person in Conner has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve truly never seen him so happy, so grounded, and so completely himself—which is saying a lot, because Quentin has always been a full-blown personality in the best way.

I’m beyond thrilled to be part of this celebration, and even more excited to cheer on two people who are so clearly meant for each other. (And yes, I’ll be crying. A lot.)”

"I met Conner through my fiancé, but we quickly became the better friends 😉 When I met Quentin, we quickly bonded over our love of home decorating. One of my favorite memories is our NYC adventure! (2AM Joe's Pizza) I can’t wait to celebrate these two!"

"I met Quentin over margaritas; but not in the way you would expect. We worked together at a bar on Broadway making and serving up these margaritas. During this time, we often shared late night stories about how our lives were going and the occasional celeb gossip accounts from the week. Ever since that job, those margaritas, and the numerous adventures along the way- we’ve become good friends. My favorite memory with Quentin was teaching him to play chess in a small coffee shop; tucked away in one of the neighborhoods of Nashville on a summer afternoon. Studying him as he took in the game and asked thoughtful questions- I appreciated that our paths had brought us together to experience these little moments. Now, we have come to a special, big moment! I look forward to this next chapter for Quentin and Conner. I wish them a rewarding union filled with exciting, uncharted territory and all of Quentin’s late night singing in the car.”
