After working as a physical therapy technician for a few months, Grandma Renee wanted to set me up on a date with her grandson, Bryce. Although she was not the first grandma to try to set me up on a date with their grandson, she was the first to get my number for him. I didn't think much of it at first, until I got a text from Bryce on my way home from work that day. He eventually asked me out on a blind date to Seven Brothers. We ate good food, talked a lot, and eventually sang karaoke in the car. Needless to say, it was one of the best dates I have been on and I haven't stopped going on dates with him since.
Shoutout to Grandma Renee for being brave and asking for my number!
I met Quin through my Grandma!
It started with my mom letting me know that there was a cute receptionist working at her physical therapy clinic. I responded with, “Okay, good to know mom. A few weeks later, my mom did not hesitate to show me her facebook.
My mom shared with me that my grandma went to the same clinic and thought how nice and sweet Quin was. After my grandma’s physical therapy appointment, she called my mom and explained how Quin would be perfect for me. My grandma left her appointment and forgot to get her number, so my mom told her to go back in there and get it for me! Renee, my Grandma, is not usually this forward, but she walked back in and asked for her number so I could text her and ask her out. When I finally asked her out, we had an amazing time and were very comfortable with each other!
This one date turned into many more and I am glad we haven't stop dating since!
