Please send your RSVP as soon as possible! The absolute latest we can accept your response is October 1st, 2024. If we do not receive a response by this date, you will automatically be marked as “Not Attending”. We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we must promptly provide the total guest count to the venue and will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs beyond this point.

Our wedding will be at Sweetwater Ranch, in Ellensburg, Washington. Ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the lawn (weather permitted), with an indoor reception to follow.

We ask that everyone arrives between 3:00pm and 3:30pm, as our ceremony begins at 4:00pm. Guests who are camping on site may arrive earlier to reserve a camping space.

When thinking of a gift, we ask that you please consider contributing to our Honeymoon Fund to make it all the sweeter. Our home if filled with all the things a couple could possibly need, but a holiday away is truly priceless. Our Honeymoon Funds can be found under the “Registry” tab.

Due to venu limitations, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests that are not explicitly named on your invitation. If you received a plus one, the option to add them to your reservation will appear under your name when you RSVP online.

Due to limited guest spaces and venu restrictions, children will be by invitation only. If extra seats have been reserved in yours or your child’s honor, the option to select their name will appear on the RSVP screen. We encourage everyone to treat this as a “night off” and to enjoy the evening to it’s fullest!

We have hired professional photographers to capture our day and will be requesting a fully “unplugged” ceremony to avoid any cellphones or cameras in our photos. During cocktail hour and the reception, snap away! A QR code link will be displayed so you can send us any photos you would like to share.
