Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:30 pm. You will be greeted upon arrival with champagne before being escorted to the ceremony location so it is important to arrive on time.

Guests who arrive later than 4:45 pm will risk not being able to attend the ceremony. Please arrive by 4:45 pm at the latest.

The dress code is Black-Tie Encouraged.

Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are encouraged. Darker hues, such as black, navy, and charcoal, or deeper jewel tones, like emerald and burgundy, are preferred.

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don't want any phones in our photos!

We would appreciate if all photo and video were not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy enjoying the day to post anything!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors. We anticipate that the weather will be nice, but it's always a good idea to check the weather prior to the event.

Guest arrival and welcome drinks will begin around 4:30 pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. After the ceremony, while the bridal party and immediate family members take photos, our cocktail hour will take place at The Courtyard from approximately 5:30-6:30 pm. The reception will then follow in The Beverly Mansion, anticipated to begin around 6:30 pm.

Our reception will end at midnight.

While there is not a hotel on site, there are plenty of nearby hotel options. We have included a list under the tab "Travel". Please keep in mind that the grape harvest takes place during autumn, making this time of year very popular amongst tourists. It's a good idea to book your accommodations sooner than later!

Due to the wide range of hotels and Airbnbs our guests are lodging at, we will be unable to provide transportation. However, it is strongly encouraged that you arrange your transportation in advance. You are able to schedule Ubers and Lyfts in advance and/or a shuttle service.

Yes! There is a parking lot on site. Please feel free to drive to the venue and Uber back to your hotel if needed. The gates to the property reopen at 6:00 am every morning. All vehicles will need to be picked up by 12 pm the following day.

The nearest airport to Fallbrook is Carlsbad Airport (CLD), which is 17.4 miles away. Other nearby airports include Santa Ana (SNA) and San Diego (SAN).

While Fallbrook itself is a rather quiet town, it is a short 20 minute drive east to Temecula, where you can enjoy the beautiful wineries. Oceanside and Carlsbad are also a close 30 minutes west if you would like to see the beach. Orange County (where we live) is about an hour north of Fallbrook, and Downtown San Diego is about an hour south.
