Our Wedding

Quinn and Cole first met at Waukee Middle School in 2017. Quinn first caught Cole's eye while playing in the 9th-grade band as an 8th-grader. While they didn't say anything then, they thought each other were cute. They reconnected in high school after both hiding in the band room to avoid having to unload the bus after a show choir competition. They talked until 2 am until Quinn got a phone call from her parents to get home, and they have yet to go a day without talking since. They started dating a few weeks later, and the rest is history. Cole and Quinn went to Luther College, and he proposed almost four years later, in March 2024. Cole took Quinn to Badger Creek, where they had their first date in 2020 during COVID-19. After much convincing, Cole managed to get Quinn to brave the cold weather and look at the lake, but he got down on one knee. We can't wait to celebrate with you at our wedding celebration in June!

Cole's freshman-year neighbor and Quinn's co-RA. Cole and Anders bonded first-year over small engines, tractors, and jazz music.

Cole and Andrew met during first-year orientation and became best friends and roommates for the next three years.

Cole and Josh grew up with one house between them and have been friends for most of their lives. The first time Josh met Quinn, he leaned over to Cole and said, "She is a keeper."

Quinn met Chelin first year during their J-term teaching placements. They were not friends then, but they are twins now!

Chelin Isaacson 

Quinn and Chloe became friends in their junior year of college and have been inseparable since. Sometimes, Quinn cannot tell if Chloe likes her or Cole more. Quinn and Chloe have spent the past year training for Mt. Kilimanjaro together. 

Chloe Rozga 

Quinn met Courtney sophomore year in their elementary education classes. Since then, they have restarted their sorority together and made countless memories.

Quinn and Kate became best friends freshman year after being neighbors in Ylvi. They then spent the following years as RAs together again in Ylvi and were roommates during their senior year in Baker Village.

Quinn met Maddie freshman year when they were neighbors in Ylvi. They later got extremely close over elementary education and their love of having fun!

Cole met Shelby in middle school, where they both played trombone. Quinn later "stole" Shelby in high school and became best friends.
