What’s the wedding date and time?

Our big day is October 19th, 2025! The ceremony will start at 5:00pm, followed by a reception at The Sycamore at Mallow Run. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where is the wedding taking place?

The ceremony and reception will be held at The Sycamore at Mallow Run, located at 7070 West Whiteland Road, Bargersville, IN 46106. We’ll be saying “I do” in a beautiful outdoor setting weather permitting, and we’d love for you to join us!

Can I bring a plus one?

We’ve carefully curated our guest list, so please check your invitation for details about whether you can bring a guest. We hope you can join us!

What should I wear?

Our wedding party will be wearing typical formal attire (full suits, dresses, etc). We encourage attendees to dress for the weather while being considerate of the semi-formal atmosphere.

Is there a registry?

Please see the registry tab above. We are registered at Amazon, Target, and The Knot where you can find gifts we’d love to receive. Alternatively, contributions to our honeymoon fund are also greatly appreciated!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 4:40pm, so you’ll have plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony starts. We’re looking forward to having everyone there to celebrate!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you leave phones in your pockets and cameras at home during the ceremony so you can be present with us. A professional photographer will capture the moments, and we’ll share the photos with you afterward!

What is the best way to get to the venue?

All wedding activities will be hosted at The Sycamore at Mallow Run. There is plenty of parking if you are planning to drive there. Alternatively, Uber/Lyft is another convenient option to get back to your hotel/accommodation.

You are welcome to leave your cars in the parking lot overnight if you are unable to drive yourself home after the wedding. If you plan on picking up your car the next morning, please do so before 10am (subject to change depending on venue policy).

What happens after the wedding?

The bride and groom will be sent off at approximately 10:30pm. The venue will be closing their doors 30 minutes following our send-off.

Can I RSVP online?

Absolutely! Please RSVP through this website by September 1st. Following this date, if your plans change, please let us know.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We want everyone to enjoy the meal, so please let us know in advance if you have any dietary needs or restrictions by adding it to your RSVP or by emailing us at quinn.angela2020@gmail.com.

We will be offering a vegan option to any attendees that request. Additionally, our caterer will assist in any other dietary concerns.

Is there a hotel nearby?

Not yet, but we are working on reserving a block of rooms for attendees.
