This might seem like an obvious first choice, but the site of the nation's birth, coupled with one its most enduring symbols is never a bad place to start. Tours of Independence Hall are free, although they require a reservation which can be attained at the visitor center across Market Street. The Liberty Bell is always free to visit. Come get a slice of history as you take in the sites of the second most important union to take place in Philadelphia.

Whether you go there to take in the arts or to recreate the famous scene from Rocky III, the Philadelphia Museum of Art is an icon. With a number of rotating exhibits, the PMoA is an easy way to get lost for a day.

Located squarely in the middle of Philadelphia's Center City, Rittenhouse offers a beautiful slice of nature amid the chaos. With an abundance of benches and open patches of grass, the city's most picturesque square offers to rest weary feet or have a quick snack or coffee. The people watching is also tough to beat.

With options for the whole family, the Spruce Street Harbor Park is a great multi-generational option. Set along the Delaware River, visitors can hop on paddle boats, indulge in a variety of state fair-like cuisine or sip a variety of drinks from a number of beer gardens (One of which floats!)

For those guests with kids of all ages, The Franklin Institute offers a fun and educational day's worth of activities. From biology, mechanics and astronomy, this hands-on museum is sure amuse children and even the more whimsical adults.

Stroll up and down 9th street to explore Philadelphia’s vibrant outdoor Italian market. From DiBruno Brothers’ cheese and meats to local produce stands you can find so many Italian treats here! If you still have room after all the cannolis, the famous Pats and Geno’s mark the end of the market!

Running for miles along Philadelphia's Schuykill River (pronounced Skoo-kull), the River Trail offers more than enough for the active tourist. Walk, run or bike along this seemingly endless trail as you take in the sights of the city. If you head north along the trail, you'll also go right by our venue!

A one-stop shop of Philadelphia, historic Reading Terminal Market offers a breadth of dining options that are unmatched within the city. Whether it's the sensational, nap-inducing creations from Beiler's Donuts, an Amish Bakery, or a pork sandwich from Carmen's, this old fashioned market has it all.

As seen on TV! Once the host of Food Network legend Guy Fieri, this upscale dive bar offers a unique blend Parisian styles and true American bar food. Good for both food and drink, one of Philadelphia's oldest bars is well worth the wait. The brisket grilled cheese is a classic, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

Located at the southern end of Philadelphia's historic Italian Market, Pat's King of Steaks is perhaps the most famous sandwich shop in existence. In a city synonymous with cheesesteaks, no one does cheesesteaks better than Pat's (or Maybe Tony Luke's in South Philly). If you're so inclined, Geno's is also right across the street. Probably our favorite bar in the city, you won't find a bar in the country that better emulates a true Irish pub than The Black Sheep. With three different floors and three different atmospheres, the Black Sheep offers something for anyone in search of a drink or three.

The oldest continuously operating bar in the United States, McGillin's is the closest thing to Clemson’s Tiger Town Tavern in Philadelphia. Inside the confines of these historic walls, which are decorated with ads for businesses who opened after them and have since closed, you'll find the cheapest drinks and one of the best party bar environments in the city.

Philadelphia's largest brewery, Yards offers the beer lover an experience outside of the bars in the city. With ample seating and a modern interior, Yards is an easy way to spend the afternoon. Other good brewery options in Philly include Evil Genius in Fishtown or Love City Brewing in Callowhill.

Things to Do

Quinnlan and Kenley have been talking and planning for this day for a long time. After 21 years of being Quinnlan's younger sister, Kenley should be adequately prepared for whatever Quinnlan needs on her big day, no matter how big or small.

From traveling the country for Clemson football to way too late of nights in Philly, Tommy has been through a lot with Henry and Quinnlan.  Despite this, Tommy refused to believe the offer was real when asked to be best man. It could still be a prank?

From sports teams in high school, to college spring breaks, to Philadelphia bruches, Quinnlan and Tessa have been best friends for over a decade. If anyone is the Quinnlan whisperer, it might be Tessa. This Team Extreme can't be broken up!

Tessa Muss

There have been plenty of scrapes and bruises along the way (mostly dealt out by Henry), but as the younger brother, no one knows how to better navigate the Hutton half of the family on wedding day. On top of this, Seth will be the primary source of the dry, sarcastic humor that can be needed on a stressful day.

Although petite in stature, Brie has always been reliable as Quinnlan's rock. From the moment they cried together at recruitment, they were destined to be bound at the hip forever.

After starting as a simple connection over a shared home state, this friendship has bloomed into a history as long as John's name. In addition to what he brings socially, John's newly awarded law degree makes him an essential part of the bachelor party.

While Caroline originally became friends with Henry through a mutual love of light beer, Little Caesar's and Garth Brooks, Quinnlan quickly ascended to top dog when she became Caroline's sorority little. From football games to fraternity gossip, Caroline and Quinnlan are always on the same wavelength.

After being pledge brothers and roommates sophomore year, Winslow and Henry have been great friends ever since. Considering his track record of long weekend illnesses, hopefully Winslow can make it through the wedding weekend unscathed.

Born just 20 minutes down Hwy 8, Courtney has been Henry's longest friend. From heart to hearts in the Mini to being indoctrinated as a Clemson fan, Courtney has been there through it all.

From day one, few have been more reliable to bring the party than Falco. From a prolific partnership on the beer die table to endless hours spent on the couch watching football, you'll be hard pressed to find someone better to have a beer or 10 with.

After being introduced by Quinnlan's high school friend Luke, Natalie quickly became their go-to Philly friend. From bachelor/bachelorette nights to drinks and games in Rittenhouse Park, Natalie always loves adventuring around Philly. She even toured several rehearsal dinner spots with us and has been a constant in our wedding planning process!

Although technically from a different semester, Hendler was an honorary and cherished member of the Fall '12 pledge class. A free spirit with an unrivaled passion for music, Hendler's famous smile should light up the day from ceremony to last call. Also, ask him if he's drinking cider.

When Quinnlan was young, she told her parents she wanted a puppy... she got twin brothers instead. After 14 years, though, she wouldn't trade him for the world. When he's not playing video games, he brings energy and joy to any room he enters. 

Finnian Sweeney

When Wyatt was 4, Quinnlan did a Pavlov's Dog-esque experiment on him to train him to bring her snacks and drinks. In response, Wyatt dedicated his life to learning how to push Quinnlan's buttons. But even though he mastered this trade, it ultimately did nothing but bring them closer together.
