I am unable to attend..
While we would love to have you attend, we understand life can get it the way. We appretiate your consideration! Please RSVP and let us know by Sept 2nd. We will also be having a gathering at a later date to celebrate with others we could not invite on Oct 4th from 6pm to 2am at Bogies North.
What to wear?
We request everyone to show in formal attire.
What are the wedding colors?
Primary- Dark green (forest/pine)
Secondary- Gold and Silver
When should guests arrive?
Ceremony is at 4. Guests should arrive no earlier than 3:30pm.
Where do I park?
Parking is located in front of main building.
Can I bring my kids?
While we would love to have your little ones attend, we are limited in the amount of people we could invite. We are requesting only those adults invited to attend.
Is the event outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be held inside. Inclimate weather will modify the cermony location to be held in reception hall.
Where is the reception?
The reception will be held in the Yellowstone Ballroom inside Wilderness Ridge.
What time is the reception?
Reception will start with appetizers at 4:45pm. Dinner will start 6pm.
Will there be alcohol and beverages?
The first round is on us for alcoholic beverages and we will also be providing one keg of beer (budlight). After that a cash bar will be available. Soda and Iced tea will be provided for unlimited use as well! Outside alcohol/beverages are not allowed.
Can I take photos during the event?
No photos during the ceremony. However, we encourage photos to be taken before and after the ceremony and to post them onto the event page of Facebook.
