Rachael & Dylan are both family-centered people so naturally their start came from a family event! Dakota, Dylan's Brother, was getting married to Trinity Goodrich which provided the perfect opportunity for them to meet. As they danced the night away all could tell there was something special there.

After months of traveling between Nashville, TN & South Bend, IN their love grew with each passing day - facetiming & trying to time pressing the play button so neither one was ahead of the other when watching movies or shows long-distance. Every time a trip would end they'd count down the days until the next one.

Rachael received her Masters of Science from Saint Mary's College in May of 2021 where the decision had to be made...where to end up! Of course Nashville was always an option...but Dylan might've made it a bit more attractive :) She moved with one of her great friends, Alicia Arnold, and at that point there was no stopping it. Dylan, jumping for joy, gladly helped her acclimate to the city & a year later they moved in together into their beautiful home in East Nashville with their dog Izzie (Her Royal Highness)!

Dylan, approaching his 31st birthday, knew he didn't want to go another rotation around the sun without setting forth his intentions - what was already so well known to so many but yet to be put into motion. So as Rachael & her Mother Anita jumped on a plane to help her Best Friend & Twin find her wedding dress (Married October '23), Dylan drove across the State to meet John & ask for her hand.

Rachael "surprised" Dylan with a trip to Chattanooga for his 31st Birthday. Little did she know there was 1 more surprise that weekend...& due to that surprise question we are celebrating their story on October 12th, 2024 w/ Great Food, Great Drinks, the Best of Company, & we shall Dance the Night Away...just like the night that started it all!
