We kindly ask that this is an adult only wedding. Thank you!

The ceremony will start at 3:30 pm and be held in an outdoor chapel. The chapel is located on the property at Graceful Gatherings. (The sides of the chapel are open to the outdoors so it may be chilly depending on the weather!)

Dinner will be served Family style and there will be many options to choose from. You won’t need to make a selection prior to the event. Also, if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies please let us know!

There will be a bus picking up guests from both hotels. Pick up at Microtel will be at 2:55pm and pick up from Byrncliff will be at 2:15pm. Return times from venue to hotels will be at 9:00pm, 9:30pm, 10:00pm and 10:30pm.
