Tre' and Rachael's story starts back at Staunton High School, where they first met in their 9th grade gym class. Rachael introduced herself by asking Tre' for a pencil and the rest is history.

They dated for a few months freshman year, but decided to start a serious relationship in the fall of 2016. At the time, Rachael was living in Florida. This caused them to be long distance.

This was very challenging while also trying to balance high school and sports. They would go up to six months without seeing each other. Holidays and birthdays always looked different, but they were very creative and knew that it would all be worth it.

Finally, after two long years this stopped! Rachael moved to Harrisonburg where she roomed with Tre's sister, Lakin. Being in the same state was such a blessing and definitely an adjustment. Sadly, they still haven't learned to stop eating out!

Since then, they have been able to serve along side each other in various ministries at their church and deciding together that college just wasn't for them, while also finding their career paths and calling along the way. They even started running a small business together and are currently helping to raise the cutest cat. (We love you Lenny!)

This is just the beginning of their journey and they are so excited to celebrate the start of it with you!
