To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April 1st, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date either via our website, through text, or in the mail, we will mark you as a "no" and plan accordingly. We need to provide an accurate number to our vendors and venue!

Due to the limited availability of space, we have had to make careful considerations in regard to our invite list and can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed within the subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only named people in the invitation are in attendance.

While you may take your own photos during the ceremony, we ask that you remain seated during the ceremony. We have paid for a photographer to capture all those special moments and they need free-access to the aisle during the ceremony.

Kids are welcome, however, we ask that you ensure your kids respect the space as it does not belong to us. This means ensuring they do not tear, destroy, or break anything of the venue's (this goes for adults, too!).

While there is no dress code for the wedding, we do ask that our guests dress business casual, semi-formal, or as if you were going to church. Our colors will be sage green, eucalyptus green, dusty pink, and white.

To get to Special Occasions, when at the four light intersection (if coming from Walmart direction), continue straight for about 2 miles (past speedway, but before the Honda shop). You will turn right and there will be a sign that says Special Occasions as you turn. Go across the bridge and turn/stay left. You will drive about 3/4 a mile until you see the building - you can't miss it.

The wedding venue is inside, but some photographs will be taken outside.
