We kindly ask that guests attending please avoid the use of perfumes and colognes. Some guests attending having severe allergies to strong scents.

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal/semi-formal attire! Please no jeans.

The ceremony will be outdoors at sunset bay. If the weather prevents us from being outside an indoor location will be designated. The reception will take place indoors in the Peninsula Ballroom.

We will have a bus shuttling people to and from both locations. Times will be posted. First shuttle going from Home2Suites to Deerhurst will be at 3:30pm. Last shuttle for the evening will be Deerhurst to go back to home2suites at 1:30am. Unfortunately those staying at Home2suites will need to drive up to Deerhurst for the Ceremony.

Signage will be placed when you arrive directing guests where to go. Shuttles will be running an hour before the ceremony to pick guests up and take them down to sunset bay. All you have to do is text the phone number 705-571-1834.

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. Due to space, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party and family. We hope you understand and enjoy a night out.

We ask that you kindly RSVP by August 15, 2024.

We are having an "unplugged ceremoney" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share photos as soon as we recieve them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. We will also have a QR code posted around the reception for you to upload and view pictures taken by guests throughout the event!!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
