Although we love your little ones, this is an adult-only event.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
We recommend cocktail attire! Even though it's in the forest, it's a really nice forest :) Please also wear comfortable shoes as there is a 5 minute downhill walk from the ceremony site to the reception area. It's also recommended to bring a jacket as it can get chilly when the sun sets.
Will there be food served at the welcome reception?
This will be a wine only event at a local winery. Please enjoy dinner beforehand!
Should I rent a car?
While it is possible to get around via Uber (although not to the venue!!), a rental car will give you more flexibility and likely be more cost effective. The weekend events are in different locations, but all are within about a 20 minute drive.
How do I get to the venue?
Option 1: If you stay in an on-site cabin, you will drive to the venue. There is only enough parking to accommodate cabin guests. Please use the address 180 Hidden Falls Trail, drive up Alba road, and follow the signs to Waterfall Lodge. Do NOT drive up Hubbard Gulch. Please note that the final stretch of road to the venue is rather narrow, windy, and steep. Please drive safely!
Option 2: Take the shuttle that will be picking up from the Four Points Sheraton and the Hilton in Scotts Valley.
You CANNOT take an uber!
I booked a cabin for the wedding night. What do I need to know?
Great choice! The grounds of the venue are stunning and you will get some time to enjoy them outside of the wedding celebrations. Check-in is at 1pm on May 24th and check-out is 10am on May 25th. You will be assigned a cabin on one of three levels of the property, and there is parking at each level. Please carpool if possible as space is limited. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to Rachael or Renee!
Is there a way to get around the venue without walking?
There will be a golf cart running on the wedding day from 12-10pm if needed!
Can I book a different hotel than the ones listed on your website?
Absolutely! The only caveat is that you will need to get to the Four Points Sheraton or the Hilton to take a shuttle to the event. Please plan accordingly.
